Terms & Conditions

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Revivre Photography. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

DEFINITIONS

  • Photographer: Refers to Revivre Photography and its authorized representatives.

  • Client: The individual or entity booking photography services.

  • Images: Photographs produced by the Photographer.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

  • Booking Fee: Session fee is due at the time of booking to secure your date. Larger investment for portrait session may be pay in installment, please reach out to the photographer for a payment plan.

  • Payment Terms: Session with a payment plan - the remaining balance is due on the day of the session. Payments can be made via our secure client booking platform.

  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees and/or a web gallery being on hold until payment is paid in full.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

  • Cancellation by Client: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will forfeit the booking fee.

  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule once without penalty if notice is given at least 48 hours before the session. Additional rescheduling may incur fees.

  • Cancellation by Photographer: If the Photographer cancels, the Client will receive a full refund of all payments made if a reschedule can not be agreed by both parties.

  • Individual session booking policies may varies depending on the type of session. Prior to signing your contract during the booking session, carefully read over our cancellation policy for each session type before booking.

SESSION POLICIES

  • Punctuality: Clients are expected to arrive on time. Sessions will not be extended due to late arrival.

  • Conduct: The Photographer reserves the right to terminate the session without refund if the Client's behavior becomes unacceptable.

IMAGE DELIVERY AND EDITING

  • Turnaround Time: Edited images will be delivered within [insert timeframe, e.g., 2 weeks] after the session.

  • Editing: Basic retouching is included. Additional editing requests may incur extra charges.

  • Image Format: Images are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format via [insert delivery method, e.g., online gallery].

COPYRIGHT AND USAGE RIGHTS

  • Copyright: The Photographer retains all copyrights to the images.

  • Personal Usage: Clients receive the right to all digital images for personal use only, unless otherwise specified by the photographer.

  • Commercial Usage: Commercial use of the images requires a separate agreement and may incur additional fees.

  • Alterations: Clients may NOT alter the images, including applying filters or edits, without the Photographer's consent.

MODEL RELEASE

  • By booking a session, the Client grants the Photographer the right to use the images for promotional purposes, including portfolios, websites, and social media, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Damage to Equipment: Clients are responsible for any damage to the Photographer's equipment caused by the Client or members of their party.

  • Loss of Images: In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or loss of images, the Photographer's liability is limited to a refund of all payments. received.

PRIVACY POLICY

  • Client information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

GOVERNING LAW

  • This Agreement shall be construed, governed, and enforced by and in accordance with the internal laws of the State of North Carolina. Each party expressly consents to the jurisdiction of the Superior Court of the State of North Carolina should litigation arise between the parties.
